How to Order

Order Online
View your cart and use the checkout process to enter all of the necessary information. If you do not use PayPal to place your order using a credit card, you will need to send a check or money order to the address in the order confirmation before the order is shipped.

Order by Mail
If you prefer traditional payment methods, to pay by check or a money order please print and complete the Mail Order Form. Don't forget to enclose a check or a money order payable to Elena Gregory and mail to:

Credit Card
Jewelry Designs by Elena uses PayPal to handle all credit card transactions. To pay by credit card, view your cart and click the "PayPal Click Here To Pay" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction.

Money Order or Personal Check
To pay be check or money order, view your cart and click the "Pay by Check / Money Order" button. Enter the necessary information and click the "Place Order" button to complete the transaction. Your order will not be shipped until the money order or check is received in the mail.

Shipping Information
Continental United States
All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service priority mail. Orders should arrive within 2 - 3 days when shipped to anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping costs for all orders will be $5.00.

For orders over $100, if you would like to have the order insured please select "Insure Order" during checkout. It will cost $2.50 more to insure an order that is $100 - $199. For every $100 after $199, $1.00 more will be added to the price of the order (if it is being insured). For instance, to insure a $300 order $4.50 will be added to the price of the order.

Return Policy

All products can be exchanged for store credit or different Item of same price within 14 days of purchase date.

An exchange will be given if item is defective, not as described or damaged during shipment. It must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase date. Buyer must e-mail elenasdesigns@gmail.com with any problem and obtain return approval number. Item must be returned via USPS.USPA or Fed Ex and insured.

Please be aware that Jewelry Designs by Elena is as accurate as possible in describing and photographing items. However, due to natural differences in stones, beads, pearls, and other materials, no two items will look exactly alike, even when a design is repeated.

Jewelry Designs by Elena concentrates on creating unique one of a kind designs and most work is custom. Please keep this in mind when ordering. I want you to be very happy wearing my designs and will do my best to ensure your satisfactions.

Should your item ever break, please return it with all parts insured, postage paid in well padded box. We will repair free of charge, less materials and handling.
